We process the material ourselves which not only guarantees the homogeneity and unwavering high quality of our polymer but also enables us to influence some of its characteristics properties behavior and impact strength, for instance. Neither are we satisfied simply to extrude large quantities of fast wearing material. We go to a large deal of trouble to sinter press Das Polymer by a special process that makes it extra ordinarily wear resistant and stress free. As far as those drawings for machinery components, we develop in collaboration with customers at their request: over and over again we have a change to demonstrate that Das Polymer experience with high polyethylene is just as broad as the tolerances permitted by Das Polymer are narrow.
Das Polymer Industries is the manufacturer of UHMWPE Sheets. We process UHMWPE products by compression moulding up to 300 mm thickness.
